OK this is something I want to know if you think is worth doing. Whilst editing some players I started to come across a new way to have players eyes. So i decided to give it a shot, Take a look please



Now I know his right eye is pretty messy, but that is because he is not finished. I need your comments.
Do you think this is worth doing? and how do you think it looks?

Obviously with more time and experience doing this I will be able to make them look more lifelike. I have only been working on this for a few hours.

Arr everyone is missing the point
His eyes are NOT pro evolution soccer eyes
They are they eyes from the BMP

I thought it would possibly give them more of a realistic look once fully done.
But I still need practise because it is fairly hard. I want to know if you think having BMP eyes are going to look better?

yes, face looks very realistic in edit mode, but what do you think when a footballer with this face will come to pass the ball? eyes won't be moving, so it'll be silly-looking
but that's only my opinion, maybe I'm wrong ;D

It's a good idea but I think it would be a similar efect if you adjust a right type of eyeball in edit mode ( color of eyeball and around it ) :-)

Ehh, I thought about this method much earlier (i didnt download your tutorial) but think i know whats that...
[Do you put points in UV Map Editor in one line on eyes level and put them identically in model?]
I think it isnt the best idea cause players on many photos have their eyes looking somewhere right or left and you know the rest (player shoting penalty and looking at the referee and so on...)
It has its good side - modelling eyes isnt as difficult as it is while doing them with normal 'Pes eyes' ;]

For Me The Eyes in my Robinson looks good and the experiment of Jay is great for me xD

Bilak - I check this in pes 6 and eyes don't look like in your screen.......

If you not belive me I can give you bin for Robinson..... Btw You must have LOD and high settings in Lod Mixer and will be good......

I don not believe that is why .. because it is to do with the player blinking.
So unless LOD stops blinking, there yeah this will work .. all though I don't think LOD does that.

Just make sure that this doesn't turn into an argument or anything .. it was an experiment, and it is up to use if you choose to test yourself.

Looks nice in edit mode but I think this experiment is for noobs because making eyes like this is much easiest than normal option with eyes and don't given best effects...and in the game from some cameras I saw light from inside model.
